We make it easy to report a lost or stolen card 24/7 in the U.S. Bank mobile app and online banking. In the app, simply open the Smart Assistant and say "lost card" or "stolen card."

The next page lets the user choose between Lost, Stolen, or Have received. Lost is the first option.

Select the missing card and tell us what happened. Need to report more than one? No problem. Select all eligible cards at once.

They each have a circle next to them to click.

We'll lock the card or cards you've selected and give you a chance to review transactions for anything suspicious.

Then choose your shipping details and we'll send a replacement. It's that easy. You'll receive a physical card in the mail in three to seven business days.
